Upgrade every 12 months
Refresh enables your employees to upgrade or replace their devices after just 12 months. Once the new device has been delivered, you simply return the old one, and we will provide compensation

Employees can independently refresh their devices by logging into their personal dashboard and selecting the device they wish to upgrade or replace

How it works
Leasing enables you to efficiently plan a dedicated budget for employee devices without the need for upfront capital. You pay a fixed monthly fee, and when an employee upgrades their device, we will adjust the monthly pricing accordingly

Choose from the latest technology available. If the product you’re seeking isn’t listed in our shop, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will explore available options for you
Transfer your data
Once your upgrade arrives, you have 14 days to transfer your data and return the old device
Monthly payment adjusted
We will ensure the contract of the old device is canceled and the new one activated. Your refresh is now complete
Purchasing your device offers a straightforward and transparent approach. Once the device is delivered, its value will depreciate by 1/24th each month until the 22nd month. If the device is returned to us, we will issue a payout for the remaining value.

We will calculate the scrap value of the returned device and transfer the amount to your company’s bank account. Your refresh is now complete.
Compensation for Returning Purchased Devices
Purchased devices are depreciated on a linear basis, assuming a 24-month lifespan. Each month, 1/24 of the original value is depreciated, continuing until the 22nd month, after which no further depreciation occurs. As long as the device is returned in the required condition, we will disburse the scrap value

Calculate Future Scrap Value
The calculator provides an estimated future scrap value for a returned device. It randomly selects a usage period while consistently assuming the device is returned in the required condition

The price of the good has to be a number higher than 0 DKK and lower than 300.000 DKK

The scrap value is an estimate based on a usage period of – months. It assumes the device is returned in accordance with required conditions and is fully functional

How do I return the old device?
In your personal dashboard, you have the option to either request a complimentary shipping label from us or manage the shipping process yourself
What should I do before I return the old device
It is important to return the device with all essential accessories. Your dashboard will provide a list of items to include for your specific device. Additionally, please ensure that any Apple ID or Google Protection has been removed from the device before returning it
What happens if the old device isn't returned
If the old device is not returned within the 14-day period, your contract will proceed as usual. You will need to contact our support team once you are ready to return the old device. In the meantime, the contract for the new device will be initiated
