Keep your mind sharp and your body comfortable
Office furniture through a gross salary scheme

Office work is, in the long run, physically demanding – especially because you repeatedly strain specific muscles and tendons in your body. Without regular movement and stretching, both at work and in your free time, the strain accumulates.
That’s why it’s essential to adapt your workspace – at the office or your home office – to fit your body and height properly. Through a gross salary scheme, it’s easy and affordable to get sit-stand desks, ergonomic office chairs, and various accessories that make your workspace a comfortable place to spend your workday. Everything gathered in one place – and with savings of up to 43%.
Supportive seating
Protect your back by choosing a proper ergonomic office chair. If you spend most of your day in front of a computer, upgrading from a rigid dining chair to a quality office chair can make a world of difference.
Adjustable desks
Your desk needs to match your height to prevent unnecessary tension in your neck and shoulders, or bending too much at the waist. Sit-stand desks are especially beneficial, as they allow you to stand and stretch your legs throughout the day.
Comfortable lighting
It’s not just your body that feels the strain from desk work. Harsh or dim lighting can also take a toll on your eyes and head, often resulting in eye strain and headaches.
How it works
A gross salary scheme makes it easier and more affordable to create a comfortable, ergonomic workspace – and it’s completely free for employers to offer.
Your employer sets up a gross salary scheme with selected furniture options. You choose the items you want, and the cost is deducted from your gross salary each month. Because you’re paying before tax, you automatically save at least the tax rate on the total amount.
Schemes run for a minimum of 12 months and up to 36 months – depending on your company’s setup.
When the scheme ends, or if you leave the company, you can either buy the furniture from the scheme and keep it – or return it to us. If you later find something that fits your needs better, you’re always welcome to start a new scheme in the same easy way.
Did you know…?
Companies that invest in sit-stand desks experience reduced employee sick days (thanks to fewer back and muscle issues) and higher employee satisfaction.
