No, the insurance only covers damages or theft. Unfortunately, loss due to leaving your product behind is not covered. We recommend reaching out to your personal insurance provider for further assistance.

If the product is not recoverable, it is not covered by the insurance. However, if the product can be recovered, we will gladly repair it, as water damage is covered

If your product has been stolen, there are two steps you need to take to ensure coverage. First, you must file a police report regarding the incident. Then, please email us at hej@flexbuy.dk to inform us of the theft.
