Job: Sales Lead Manager

That’s why we are currently looking for someone who is passionate about developing people and diving into data to help the team perform at their absolute best.

Your Mission: Responsibility for Operations, Data, and Performance

As our new Sales Lead Manager you will have full responsibility for our meeting booking department. Your success will be measured by the team’s ability to create high-quality meetings through an efficient and data-driven approach.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify the right talent and ensure they get the best possible start at Flexbuy.
  • Optimizing the Lead Engine: Take responsibility for identifying new leads and continuously improving our workflow in HubSpot.
  • Performance Management: Follow up on results. Support those who are struggling and take the necessary actions (including difficult conversations) with those who are not performing.
  • Coaching & Development: Collect and analyze call data to guide, coach, and further develop our meeting bookers.
  • Strategic Sales: Further develop sales materials and scripts to ensure they always align with our values and our customers’ needs.
 

Direct Impact and Short Decision-Making Processes

At Flexbuy, we are not fans of long decision-making processes. You will report directly to our decision-makers and experience a workday with an extremely short path from idea to action. If you identify an optimization opportunity in our data or processes in the morning, we can execute on it together in the afternoon.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a proactive profile who can work independently but, above all, is a strong leader. We imagine that you:

  • Are a strong judge of character: You can identify different personality types and know how to motivate them individually.
  • Speak “data” fluently: You love analyzing numbers and using insights to optimize performance.
  • Are technically proficient: You have a flair for software and see CRM systems (such as HubSpot) as your most important tool.
  • Are a team player: You are motivated by creating a work environment where your colleagues thrive and where you can celebrate shared successes.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently: You are clear in both written and spoken communication.
  • Have frontline experience: Ideally, you have personally worked with outbound calling and contacting leads, so you understand what the job requires.
